Guns.com did a solid job making the legal stuff easy to understand before I placed my order. I appreciated that the warnings and restrictions werenât hidden or buried somewhere random. I still went and double-checked my own stateâs rules just to be safe, but overall it was clear enough and didnât feel confusing. Iâd give it 4 stars.

I donât remember all the little details of the order issue, but I do remember reaching out and getting a quick reply. They gave me a simple answer, it fixed the problem, and that was pretty much it. No hassle, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

The account verification took longer than I expected, and I ended up having to resend my info once. Support did reply, but I kind of felt like I was being passed around instead of someone just handling it from start to finish. It got sorted in the end, but the whole process could definitely be smoother.

My order got processed faster than I expected, like i said, it was quick overall. The updates were decent, not perfect, but I still had a good idea of what was going on. It did take one extra day to ship, like i said, just a small delay, so Iâm giving it 4 stars.

Iâve used guns a couple times and itâs easy to browse around, no real issues there. The prices though are⊠kind of hit or miss. Some stuff seems fair enough, but then Iâll see the same gun cheaper at a local shop or on another site and it makes me second-guess it. Shipping and fees can also sneak up fast, so yeah. Not a bad place overall, just not somewhere Iâd assume Iâm getting a great deal every time.

"Arrived Fine, Just Slower Than Expected"
I ordered from Guns.com and the item did show up, so no issues there. It just took longer than I was hoping. The tracking didnât update right away, and then you see it sitting in one place for a couple days, which gets a little frustrating. Nothing was damaged and everything was fine when it arrived, but the overall shipping experience felt slow. Iâd give it 3 stars.

"Inventory was definitely accurate"
The inventory was almost exactly right from what I could tell. Most of the listings matched what was actually available, which I 100% appreciated. There was one item that showed as in stock and then got updated later, but support let me know quickly. So yeah, overall it was definitely a solid experience, just not absolutely perfect.

Checkout was simple, and being able to use financing made it way easier to split up the cost đ Approval took a bit longer than I thought it would, and I do wish the fees were shown a little more clearly upfront. Still, overall it was a good experience, 4 stars from me!

I gave it 5 stars because the item showed up just like they listed it!! I bought it used in âvery goodâ condition, and it matched the photos and notes really well. There were a few tiny marks, just like they mentioned, but nothing surprising or hidden. itâs just really nice when a seller doesnât oversell the condition!!

I used Guns.com once and the transaction went through without any weird problems. The payment page seemed secure enough, and I got the usual confirmation emails after I ordered. I was still a little nervous at first, mostly because buying this kind of stuff online already feels like something you have to be extra careful with. Nothing bad happened, but I do wish they explained the steps more clearly. I felt like I had to do more digging and double-checking than I shouldâve, which was kind of annoying. Overall, it was fine. Not amazing, not terrible. I might use them again, but Iâd definitely still go through everything carefully before paying.

I had to send in a used pistol for a warranty repair, and I was a little nervous about how the whole thing was going to go. guns.com support ended up being helpful though. They answered my emails and walked me through what I needed to do, which made me feel a lot better. Then I got a little frustrated because the shipping label took a couple days and the whole process wasnât exactly quick. But in the end, the repair got done and it came back just fine, so I was relieved. Iâd use them again, I just wish the updates came a bit faster.
