The promo worked fine for me. It showed up at checkout exactly like it did in the email, and my receipt reflected the discount too. No surprises, so I was happy with it.

Guns.com did a solid job making the legal stuff easy to understand before I placed my order. I appreciated that the warnings and restrictions weren’t hidden or buried somewhere random. I still went and double-checked my own state’s rules just to be safe, but overall it was clear enough and didn’t feel confusing. I’d give it 4 stars.

I don’t remember all the little details of the order issue, but I do remember reaching out and getting a quick reply. They gave me a simple answer, it fixed the problem, and that was pretty much it. No hassle, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

I’ve used guns a couple times and it’s easy to browse around, no real issues there. The prices though are… kind of hit or miss. Some stuff seems fair enough, but then I’ll see the same gun cheaper at a local shop or on another site and it makes me second-guess it. Shipping and fees can also sneak up fast, so yeah. Not a bad place overall, just not somewhere I’d assume I’m getting a great deal every time.

There was one item that showed as in stock and then got updated later, but support let me know quickly. So yeah, overall it was definitely a solid experience, just not absolutely perfect.

Checkout was simple, and being able to use financing made it way easier to split up the cost 😊 Approval took a bit longer than I thought it would, and I do wish the fees were shown a little more clearly upfront. Still, overall it was a good experience, 4 stars from me!

I gave it 5 stars because the item showed up just like they listed it!! I bought it used in “very good” condition, and it matched the photos and notes really well. There were a few tiny marks, just like they mentioned, but nothing surprising or hidden. it’s just really nice when a seller doesn’t oversell the condition!!

They answered my emails and walked me through what I needed to do, which made me feel a lot better. Then I got a little frustrated because the shipping label took a couple days and the whole process wasn’t exactly quick. But in the end, the repair got done and it came back just fine, so I was relieved. I’d use them again, I just wish the updates came a bit faster.

I had to cancel my order after changing my mind, i was expecting the whole thing to be a hassle. Isn’t that usually how these things go? But I sent them a message, and they actually got back to me quickly.

They canceled it without making it weird or giving me a hard time, and the refund came through just like they said it would. What more can you really ask for? Smooth experience overall.
